Danger:  Women, protect your God given right to survival!

A blatant attack is being perpetrated against you and our children. The time has come to arm yourselves against
rampant male rage and ulterior motivation; it's time to stand up for yourselves and our children. We can no
longer  pretend that men are our protectors. Those who would be can't be with us every minute of our lives, while others are the ones whom we need protection from.

Gun pollsters via the media have reported that due to our "nesting instinct" we'll place "Freedom" in "a back
seat." They say we're "out to ensure security for" our "families first," helping to enforce anti-gun group claims
that guns are a problem. Naturally, reporters state that these same women are Clinton supporters, giving
credence to the government's ongoing attack, emotionally and physically, to deprive us of our basic right to
protect ourselves and our livelihoods. Freedom by its self is just a word. To have freedom we must protect our
rights to be free.

How quaint that some males would utilize ignorant women who just don't get it yet! It's a sad fact that the majority of women continue to allow a male majority rule to outline and control their destiny. Women wake up!
We can no longer afford the luxury of believing that we don't need to be concerned.

Richard Henry Lee, 1788, initiator of the Declaration of Independence, and member of the first Senate, which
passed the Bill of Rights, is quoted as having said "To preserve liberty, it is essential that the whole body of
people always possess arms, and be taught alike especially when young, how to use them." Alexander Hamilton
stated "The best we can hope for concerning the people at large is that they be properly armed." Both
obviously believed that being armed as individual citizens was an inherent necessity for all freedom-seeking
citizens. But George Washington said it best. "Firearms stand next in importance to the Constitution itself.
They are the American people's liberty teeth and keystone under independence." Note that these three
historical patriots didn't believe that this was a privileged right of just the male population.

Dr. Laura Schlessinger recently wrote:

       Sadly, it's time for good Americans to get guns.... We, on the other hand, are self-destructing. We
       don't need an external force. We are breeding our own evil here. Child killers, killer children,
       private militias, home-grown and imported terrorists, to say nothing of old-fashioned, garden variety
       psychopaths and criminals-- all armed and dangerous and now encouraged, educated in evil and
       joined in unholy conspiracy on the World Wide Web.

She expressed in her byline column published in The Regina Leader-Post that she was "in the middle of a big
change of attitude about a very important subject" and that folks were going to be "shocked." What was this
shocking revelation of hers? That guns save lives. "I thought about the difference it might have made-- lives
saved instead of lost-- if someone in one of those offices had been armed. The murderer might well have been
foiled in his reign of terror before so many innocent people died." Welcome to the world of reality, Dr. Laura!

In 12 of the most recent sensational acts of violence upon unarmed citizens 40 were injured and 48 were
murdered. Seven of the perpetrators also died (a fitting justice). The latest reported incident happened in a
Forth Worth, Texas, Baptist church causing some to ask how God could have let it happened. Norm Olson,
Michigan militia member and pastor, stated "God wouldn't allow it if godly and responsible men would prevent
it from happening." These words of truth echo the sentiments of Jesus Christ as written in Luke 11:21.6 of the
Bible, "When a strong man armed keepeth his palace, his goods are in peace." What is ironic is that in every
single one of these 12 incidents it was armed men who were the perpetrators. What if just one woman at the
scenes of these atrocities had been armed?

Today (September 17, 1999) the Vatican released an updated "indulgence" manual, "offering new ways of
winning forgiveness for Catholics who courageously manifest their faith." An example of such an indulgence is
"a factory worker, surrounded by colleagues cursing and using off-color language, courageously makes the sign
of the cross." A Vatican official stated "indulgences can also be won by giving public testimony of one's faith in
certain circumstances of daily life." Making the sign of the cross within that Fort Worth Baptist church may
have brought hoped for emotional relief for the "sign"ers, but being armed via Jesus Christ's teachings would
have been more logical. While some of the victims souls may see Heavenly lights, the real victims are the living
who will suffer because of the self serving acts of the perpetrators and the spin doctors who would deny us the
right to have arms.

Public attitude that women and children need not worry about protecting themselves because men are our
protectors is blatant hypocrisy and a dangerous ongoing myth. The only gun control that women should be
screaming at the top of their lungs for is that which allows them the right to bear arms while utilizing both hands
to control it during use.

God bless the men who continue to try to protect US! God be with us women who indulge ourselves with the
reality that it has now become time for each of us to assume that shared responsibility for our, and our
children's, safety. Women, "ensure" the security of your families and yourselves; arm yourselves while you still
can!
