Then last week, at a crowded QuikTrip in the middle of the afternoon, the other woman, 24-year-old TemekaBryant, attacked Wilson, authorities said. Wilson fought back, pulling out the knife she carried. Swiping blindly at Bryant, Wilson stabbed her three times. Michael Walker, 38, described by friends as a well-liked family man, admitted to police that he killed his daughter and son, ages 9 and 8, in his apartment Monday evening, court records show. Police said he then walked two blocks to his wife's apartment and tried to kill her with a knife." ... at 7091 Park Blvd., between 3 and 3:30 a.m., armed with a revolver. He
robbed the clerk and, after she gave him money, he ordered her to take
off her clothes.
Green then jumped over the counter and pulled the clerk into a nearby hallway, where he raped her, police say. When Deputy Gerald Creaser arrived, he followed the clerk's screams to the hallway. 23-year-old Decatur man Monday (January 7, 2003) in connection with a December sexual assault of two female students in a school dormitory. Ruben Fortune was charged with two counts of aggravated sodomy and five counts of kidnapping after police established a forensic link through the GBI's DNA databank. Fortune, who worked for UPS, is also a suspect in other sexual assaults involving college students, including an April attack at the State University of West Georgia in Carrollton, authorities said today."... "Five women, three of them residents, were in the suite at the Sparta dormitory on Dec. 2 when a man, armed with a knife, knocked on the door around 2:45 p.m. One of the students opened the door and the intruder forced his way in, police said. am, Frisco Police and Fire units were dispatched to an Injured Person

in the 7700 block of Parkbrook Drive. On arrival, officers and

deputy was assaulted Thursday morning in her mobile home on Dorsey

"We did have a victim that had been assaulted when she came home this morning after taking her children to school by two black males," said Granville County Sheriff David Smith. Authorities said the men then intentionally set the mobile
home on
fire. Authorities say the woman suffered injuries from the assault, but
she was able to escape the fire."

"A Hempfield man who had been
accused of brutally
beating and trying to kill an ex-girlfriend is free, following his
alleged
victim's refusal to testify against him, WTAE's Marcie Cipriani
reported
Friday.
Police said Sean Earl Ray, 34, dragged the 34-year-old woman into his third-story home in the Hempfield Heights Apartments on Oct. 3. According to a police affidavit, Ray punched the woman in the face, struck her in the back and legs and said she would experience "a slow and painful death." The woman escaped by jumping from Ray's balcony, police said. She was found on the ground with her clothes torn, suffering from multiple fractures and contusions, police said. The woman showed up at a preliminary hearing Friday, but
took the
stand only to say she did not want to testify. She did not explain the
reason for her decision."

"Nellie Wood, 85, thought she
was safe in
her Grays Creek's home. Family and friends were always checking on her,
but that was not enough to prevent a violent attack in her home.
"Her daughter came over to check on her and found her on the floor of her bedroom. She was covered with blood and severely injured," said Lt. Sam Pennica, of the Cumberland County Sheriff's Office. Investigators say Wood was stabbed several times and the
motive was
robbery. They say the thief entered the house by breaking a piece of
glass
out of the front door."
